Agile Master - with team leadership responsibilities (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big:

As an Agile Master, you will play a key role in fostering an agile mindset, enabling high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Alongside your Agile Master responsibilities, you will act as a team leader, supporting team growth and effectiveness through coaching, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, hiring activities, and servant leadership practices.
Working closely with teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership, you will help create an environment where people can perform at their best and continuously improve.

On a typical day you will:

  • Support team leadership activities by fostering competency development, talent growth, and knowledge-sharing practices across the team.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster effective team collaboration.
  • Act as a Servant Leader, supporting teams and removing impediments.
  • Coach teams towards self-organization, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Support Product Owners in effective backlog management and prioritization.
  • Promote agile values, principles, and best practices across teams.
  • Create transparency on team progress, risks, and challenges, facilitating decision-making.
  • Drive team development, collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Partner with stakeholders and leadership to support agile transformation initiatives.

What distinguishes you:

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.

Know-how:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS).
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Languages

  • Professional proficiency in English.
