<\/p>We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI\nSolutions Architect / AI Lead<\/b> to design and deliver advanced AI and\nGenerative AI solutions<\/b> for complex business problems. This role requires\nstrong expertise in multi\-agent AI architectures, GenAI frameworks, and\nproduction\-grade AI systems<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>The ideal candidate will lead the end\-to\-end\nlifecycle of AI solutions<\/b>\u2014from stakeholder discussions and\nconceptualization to Proof of Concept (PoC), architecture design, and\ndeployment at scale. The role also involves supporting pre\-sales activities<\/b>,\nguiding engineering teams, and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and\nproduction\-ready.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Work Location: Chennai (Hybrid) \u2013 3 days at office\nand 2 days at home (11 AM \u2013 8 PM)<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Own\n and drive AI solution architecture and delivery<\/b> from stakeholder\n engagement and ideation through PoC development and full\-scale production\n deployment.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate\n with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify\n opportunities, and design AI\-driven solutions<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Rapidly\n build Proof of Concepts (PoC) and feasibility prototypes<\/b> to\n validate technical approaches and business value.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Support pre\-sales initiatives<\/b>, including solution proposals, architecture\n presentations, and customer engagements.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Design\n and produce technical solution artifacts<\/b> such as architecture\n documents, design specifications, and implementation guidelines.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Lead\n engineering teams to build, scale, and productionize AI solutions<\/b> using modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Establish\n best practices for AI system architecture, governance, monitoring, and\n evaluation<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Drive\n innovation by tracking emerging AI/ML technologies and integrating\n relevant advancements into solutions<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>

<\/li>- Strong\n understanding of prompt engineering, LLM optimization, and evaluation\n frameworks<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>AI System Evaluation & Operations<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Experience\n in designing evaluation frameworks and AgentOps pipelines<\/b> for\n monitoring, optimizing, and managing Agentic AI systems in production.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Machine Learning & Deep Learning<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Experience\n building and training Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs)<\/b> for:<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Natural\n Language Processing (NLP)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Computer\n Vision<\/span><\/span>
