AI Architect

• We are seeking a motivated and skilled AI Architect to join our growing data team.
• You will work closely with cross functional teams to turn data into critical insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.
• This role requires strong analytical skills hands on experience with statistical modeling and a solid understanding of machine learning concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms using structured and unstructured data.
• Perform exploratory data analysis EDA to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement
• Design and run experiments e g A B tests to support business decisions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders engineers and product managers to define data problems and deliver actionable insights
• Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non technical audiences Maintain and optimize data pipelines
• Ensuring data integrity and consistency Contribute to the development of internal tools reusable code and model deployment processes
• Monitor model performance over time and retrain as necessary to maintain accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics or a related field.
• 8 plus years of experience in a data science or analytics role
• Proficient in Python or R with experience using libraries such as pandas scikit learn NumPy or equivalent Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and model evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with cloud platforms e g AWS GCP Azure and version control e g Git Ability to interpret and explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
