We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our AI Artwork Operations team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of AI Artwork/Content Quality Specialists who review and edit AI-generated artwork to ensure compliance with Prime Video's guidelines and standards. You will own the end-to-end operational delivery of artwork quality, drive process improvements, and scale the team as new workflows are introduced. This is a unique opportunity to lead a brand new operation from the ground up — defining how we work, building the team culture, and directly impacting how millions of global customers experience Prime Video content.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of 5–10 AI Artwork/Content Quality Specialists, with responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Own the operational delivery of the AI artwork review and editing workflow — ensuring artwork published on Prime Video is compliant with guidelines, visually appealing, and drives customer engagement.
• Establish and refine operational processes, quality standards, and compliance frameworks for AI-generated artwork review and editing.
• Monitor and analyze team productivity, quality metrics, and operational KPIs to identify trends, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet service level agreements and business objectives, adjusting as volume and complexity evolve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including product, engineering, and content partners — to provide operational input, influence tool development, and improve workflows.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex quality decisions, providing guidance on compliance and creative standards.
• Prepare the team and operations for scale — developing the infrastructure, documentation, and training programs needed to onboard new workflows in the following year.
• Communicate operational performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership through regular business reviews and reporting.
