About the Role \-<\/b>
We\u2019re a fast\-growing technology company building AI\-powered automations to run leaner and ship faster. We\u2019re looking for \nsharp, self\-driven freshers and interns who genuinely enjoy building with AI \u2014 people who would rather create a workflow \nthat handles a task 100 times than do it manually once.\nThis is a pure automation and tooling role. You will work directly with the founder and teams to find repetitive processes and \nturn them into reliable, AI\-assisted pipelines. Your job is to build the automations \u2014 not to work in any specialist domain. \nYou will start building and shipping real automation from week one.<\/div>

What You\u2019ll Do<\/b>\n\u2022 Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, or Zapier to connect internal systems (CRM, email, \nticketing, reporting).\n\u2022 Use LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and strong prompt engineering to automate report drafting, data extraction, \nsummarization, and research workflows.\n\u2022 Build internal AI tools \u2014 RAG\-based knowledge assistants, document generators, and simple dashboards that \nteams actually use every day.\n\u2022 Identify manual, repetitive processes across the company and turn them into reliable automated pipelines.\n\u2022 Work with structured and unstructured data (PDFs, spreadsheets, logs) to clean, parse, and feed it into automated \nworkflows.\n\u2022 Test, document, and iterate on everything you build so others can trust and reuse it.

Tools You\u2019ll Work With<\/b> \-You\u2019ll get hands\-on experience with a modern automation stack:\n\u2022 LLM APIs: OpenAI, Claude\n\u2022 Automation Platforms: n8n, Make.com, Zapier\n\u2022 Languages & Frameworks: Python, LangChain, CrewAI\n\u2022 Data & Integrations: REST APIs, Webhooks, Vector Databases\n\u2022 Tools: GitHub, Google Workspace, Notion\nWhat We\u2019re Looking For\n\u2022 Genuine interest in AI and automation \u2014 you\u2019ve already experimented with ChatGPT/Claude, n8n/Make/Zapier, or \nsimilar tools on your own.\n\u2022 Basic coding ability (Python preferred) \u2014 enough to write scripts, call APIs, and debug simple issues.\n\u2022 Logical, structured thinking \u2014 you can break a messy manual process into clear, automatable steps.\n\u2022 Strong ownership & curiosity \u2014 you figure things out, ask good questions, and take initiative without waiting to be \ntold what to do.\n\u2022 Good written English for documentation and prompt writing
