AI Capability Building Consultant

· Must have a total of 5-8 years of experience with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in program management, learning & development, capability building, or a related field.

· Demonstrated interest in and hands-on use of AI productivity tools (e.g., generative AI tools); able to contextualize AI concepts for non-technical audiences.

· Strong communication and facilitation skills; comfortable engaging diverse groups across seniority levels.

· Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders concurrently.

· Proactive and collaborative team player who takes ownership and follows through on commitments.

· A curious and adaptable mind-set with enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies andtheir applications in education

· Resilience and flexibility to navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape and adjust programs accordingly
