AI Data Engineer

Brief Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AI Data Engineer to design and enhance our data infrastructure, ensuring robust and scalable AI-driven solutions that empower business performance and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, operation, and ongoing enhancement of the Data Lake and AI platform.

• Develop and manage scalable data pipelines utilizing cloud-native technologies.

• Monitor and ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and platform security.

• Set standards and best practices for data management processes.

• Create and deploy AI Agents and GenAI-driven solutions.

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures to leverage organizational knowledge.

• Design workflows that streamline business processes and enhance productivity.

• Assess new AI technologies and propose enhancements to organizational capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proven experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development with strong SQL skills for large datasets.

• Proficiency in programming with Python or similar languages for backend development.

• Familiarity with LLMs and RAG architecture.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and basic understanding of AWS.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in dynamic environments.

• Experience with CI/CD practices for data applications is advantageous.

• Familiarity with streaming data technologies and understanding of machine learning workflows is a plus.
