AI Developer

About the Role

We're hiring an AI Developer to build AI agents and intelligent solutions at the intersection of technology and advanced manufacturing processes.

This is a cross-domain role where you'll work closely with PhD-level domain experts to understand complex scientific and manufacturing challenges, map those processes, and translate them into AI-driven solutions built on the Azure AI stack.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and end-to-end AI solutions that solve problems across multiple technical and manufacturing domains.
• Partner directly with PhD researchers and subject-matter experts to understand, document, and map complex processes.
• Translate scientific and process knowledge into structured workflows, models, and agentic systems.
• Develop and integrate solutions using:Azure OpenAIAzure AI FoundryAzure Machine Learning
• Build:RAG pipelinesAgent orchestration workflowsTool-calling agentsKnowledge-grounded AI systems
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI solutions in production environments.
• Implement appropriate security, governance, and operational controls.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with:Azure OpenAIAzure AI FoundryAzure Machine LearningAzure Cognitive Services
• Experience building:LLM applicationsAI agentsRAG systems
• Ability to work with domain experts and convert specialized knowledge into working AI systems.
