AI Engineer (Applied AI & Automation)

We are looking for an <\/span>Applied AI Engineer<\/span> to work closely with the founder on a range of high\-impact AI initiatives across the company.<\/span>
<\/p>

This is a hands\-on builder role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into working systems. You will help us use AI to improve internal processes, productivity, and decision\-making, while also building AI\-powered capabilities for our products and for customer use cases.<\/span>
<\/p>

This is <\/span>not a research\-only role<\/span>. We are looking for someone practical, curious, fast\-moving, and product\-minded\u2014someone who can experiment quickly, validate what works, and help us ship real outcomes.<\/span>

What you will work on<\/span>
<\/h2>

  • Build internal AI tools and workflows to improve team productivity and business operations<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Design and implement AI\-powered features for our SaaS products<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prototype and productionize customer\-facing AI use cases<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Work on LLM\-based applications, agents, assistants, copilots, and workflow automation<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Evaluate models, prompts, tools, and architectures for reliability, cost, and performance<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, CRMs, ERPs, support tools, and internal platforms<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate directly with the founder, product, engineering, and business teams to identify valuable use cases<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Move quickly from idea to proof of concept to production<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Help define good engineering practices for AI development, testing, monitoring, and iteration<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>


    <\/h2>

    • Strong software engineering fundamentals<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Good hands\-on experience with <\/span>Python<\/span> and backend/API development<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience building with <\/span>LLMs and GenAI tools<\/span> in real applications<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and evaluation workflows<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience integrating third\-party APIs and SaaS systems<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Comfort working across ambiguity and solving business problems, not just technical tasks<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to think like both an engineer and a product builder<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong communication skills and ownership mindset<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


      <\/p>

      • Experience with cloud platforms and deployment workflows<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Exposure to orchestration/frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience with data pipelines, search, retrieval, and knowledge systems<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience building internal automation tools or customer\-facing AI products<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Familiarity with basic MLOps / observability / evaluation practices<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, ERP, integration, or workflow\-heavy products<\/span>
