Role Overview<\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/div>We are looking for a <\/span>AI Engineer<\/span><\/b> to join our project delivery team and build cutting\-edge GenAI\-powered solutions. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI systems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience with GenAI frameworks, prompt engineering, and integrating AI into scalable applications. You will work on enterprise\-grade AI use cases, solving real\-world problems using advanced AI techniques in an agile environment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/div>GenAI Development & Implementation<\/span>
<\/span><\/h3>- Design and develop applications using <\/span>Large Language Models (LLMs)<\/span><\/b> and GenAI frameworks.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve accuracy, relevance, and performance of LLM outputs.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Work on AI use cases such as <\/span>chatbots, document processing, summarization, and knowledge assistants<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Implement data preprocessing, chunking, and embedding workflows for unstructured data.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Integrate GenAI models into APIs, microservices, or enterprise applications.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Monitor, debug, and improve model responses, latency, and cost efficiency.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Collaboration & Delivery<\/span>
<\/span><\/h3>- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into GenAI solutions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Participate in sprint planning, stand\-ups, and design/code reviews.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Work closely with data engineering and DevOps teams for scalable deployments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure smooth integration of GenAI components into production systems.<\/span>

Evaluation, Testing & Governance<\/b>
<\/b><\/span><\/div>- Define and implement evaluation metrics for LLM outputs (accuracy, hallucination, relevance).
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct testing, validation, and iterative improvements to GenAI pipelines.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Document prompts, workflows, and system design decisions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy and safe AI usage.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Required Skills & Experience
<\/h3>- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, with strong exposure to Generative AI systems<\/b>.
<\/li>- Proficiency in:
- Programming:<\/b> Python
<\/li>- GenAI/LLM Tools:<\/b> OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / similar APIs
<\/li>- Data Handling:<\/b> Working with structured & unstructured data
<\/li>- Frameworks: <\/b>Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.
<\/li><\/ul><\/li>- Experience in designing AI solutions using modular coding practices
<\/li> - Experience building RAG pipelines<\/b> and working with vector databases <\/b>and RAG Evaluations<\/b>.
<\/li>- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, vector embedding, and context management<\/b>.
<\/li>- Experience integrating AI solutions via REST APIs<\/b>.
<\/li>- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure)<\/b>.

Preferred Qualifications
<\/h3>- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

- Fine\-tuning or adapting LLMs
