- Building, testing, and shipping high-quality code across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, and AI-agent infrastructure.
- Collaborating directly with co-founders to capture expert knowledge into self-improving, agentic systems.
- Utilising LLM coding tools as partners to build robust frameworks and maximise development output.
- Engaging with design partners to understand real-world problems and building user-centric solutions.
- Solving complex architectural problems in a high-velocity, early-stage startup environment.
- Exceptional technical talent with more than 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
- A strong computer science background with a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency as an AI-native developer, with sophisticated experience using LLM tools for coding and system building.
- A language-agnostic mindset, with the ability to select and learn the right tools for specific tasks.
- Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom as no sponsorship is provided for this role.
