TeamFicient is looking for an experienced AI Developer/Engineer to design, build, and scale production\-grade AI applications that deliver real value to our clients. You'll work at the intersection of applied AI, backend engineering, and cloud infrastructure, building systems that are robust, reliable, and ready for the real world.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

5+ years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software engineering with an AI focus, including production deployments and strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
2\-3 years of hands\-on experience with LLMs and RAG architectures in production environments, including vector databases<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
3+ years of experience with cloud platforms, AWS, Azure, or GCP<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
2+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
