As an AI Foundry Senior Associate, you will engage with clients in the Financial Services industry, particularly within the Insurance sector, to deliver impactful solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client challenges and develop innovative solutions that drive business value. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to analyze client needs and implement tailored strategies that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning. Responsibilities

- Leading CRM project management initiatives to enhance client support and operational efficiency
- Implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions tailored to the financial services sector
- Conducting business process analysis to optimize CRM configurations and integrations
- Utilizing CRM analytics to drive customer journey analysis and improve client interactions
- Managing data integrity and security within CRM systems to support business objectives
- Developing user training programs to facilitate the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Collaborating with teams to embrace change and foster innovation in CRM implementations
- Analyzing complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and improve customer relationship management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Good knowledge of AI Foundry
