monday CRM is the AI-native revenue platform connecting marketing, sales, and delivery into one unified customer journey. We are building a CRM that is powerful enough for complex organizations, yet simple enough for every team to actually use and love, with AI and automation woven into every part of the motion. In just three years, we have crossed $100M ARR and are aiming much, much higher.
About the Role
monday CRM is building something most CRM vendors are still dreaming about: a truly AI-native revenue platform that grows fast, with over $100M ARR. The product is a diamond. The opportunity is real. Sellers who run with monday CRM AI close faster, manage more, and deliver more value to every account they touch. The ROI is exponential. The use cases are endless, and we are only getting started.
The CRM AI Growth Manager owns this mission. You make monday CRM AI undeniable—to sellers, to prospects, and to the market. You think in use cases. You create constantly. You activate the field. You build GTM partnerships. You do not wait for a brief.
Everything you build, you measure by one thing: Does it help sell more AI and drive more customers to adopt it?
What You’ll Be Doing
Use case engine: Constantly develop, test, and package AI use cases that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and give sellers a reason to lead every conversation with AI.
Content machine: Create a high-cadence flow of internal videos, customer-facing clips, selling materials, demo scripts, and ROI frames that make sellers feel equipped and buyers feel excited.
Field activation: Design and run AI-specific sales plays, blitz campaigns, and selling playbooks that put AI at the center of the pipeline motion.
Market pulse: Stay close to what is happening in AI: new use cases, emerging trends, buyer conversations. Turn it into intelligence the team can act on.
Product collaboration: Work closely with the Product team. Bring use case thinking, field reality, and commercial perspective. Influence roadmap priorities and how it translates into narrative and selling motion.
External partnerships: Identify and develop GTM partnerships with AI technology players that expand our AI story and accelerate adoption.
Customer reality: Stay connected to what is actually landing in customer accounts and feed those signals back into plays, materials, and content.
Your Experience and Skills
4–7 years in GTM, product marketing, sales, or a founder role. Consulting experience is a plus but practical, hands-on experience is a must.
AI-native: You live and breathe AI tools and agents—not as a concept, but as a daily practice. You know what is possible before most people have heard of it.
Hands-on: You write the deck, record a video, build the play, run the workshop.
Entrepreneurial: You think like a founder. You spot an opportunity, build something, and ship it. You do not need a committee or a brief to get started.
A builder: You know how to take a use case from idea to field-ready asset. You have done it before and want to do it again, faster.
Structured and sharp: You think clearly, prioritize ruthlessly, and know what moves the needle. You do not get lost in the noise.
Commercially wired: You see the world through ARR, adoption, and sellability. You are not building for the sake of building. Every use case, every piece of content, every play exists to move a commercial number.
A communicator: Compelling in writing, on camera, and in a room. Sellers trust you. Customers get excited. Product listens.
A creator: You produce content constantly—videos, decks, playbooks, posts—and you do it at a pace that keeps the field energized.
Low ego, high learning: You adjust fast, not attached to your last idea.
