AI GTM Engineer

You will build AI agent workflows for outbound sales, including lead qualification, outreach, response handling, and performance monitoring. You will connect data enrichment, lead scoring, campaign queues, CRM workflows and feedback loops into a repeatable operating system. You will use Python, SQL and APIs to build tools, integrations and automations. You will work with BigQuery and CRM data to define ICPs, segment leads, score merchants and monitor funnel performance. You will run GTM experiments with clear hypotheses, control groups, metrics and kill/scale criteria. You will create contextual outbound journeys using merchant data, local proof points and business relevance. You will collaborate with Sales, Growth, Data and Operations to turn field feedback into system improvements. You will document prompts, specs, playbooks, experiments and learnings. You will communicate clearly in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI agent workflows for outbound sales including lead qualification outreach response handling performance monitoring and human in the loop handoff
  • Connect data enrichment lead scoring campaign queues CRM workflows and feedback loops into a repeatable operating system
  • Use Python SQL and APIs to build tools integrations and automations
  • Work with BigQuery and CRM data to define ICPs segment leads score merchants and monitor funnel performance
  • Run GTM experiments with clear hypotheses control groups metrics and kill/scale criteria
  • Create contextual outbound journeys using merchant data local proof points and business relevance
  • Collaborate with Sales Growth Data and Operations to turn field feedback into system improvements
  • Document prompts specs playbooks experiments and learnings

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building AI agent workflows or advanced LLM automations
  • Strong Python skills
  • Strong SQL skills ideally with BigQuery
  • Experience with OpenAI Claude Cursor or similar AI development tools
  • Experience with orchestration tools such as LangGraph n8n plus Python or equivalent systems
  • Understanding of outbound GTM mechanics ICP segmentation cadence funnel conversion metrics and sales handoff
  • Ability to work with messy lead data enrichment scoring deduplication and data quality issues
  • Business understanding of SMB merchants local commerce payments acquiring field sales or similar markets
  • Strong ownership and builder mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly in Portuguese and English
