THE OPPORTUNITY<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/h3>We are seeking an<\/span> <\/span><\/span>AI Interaction Engineer<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>to design, implement, and optimize the way AI agents<\/span> <\/span><\/span>understand, respond, and act within enterprise workflows<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>This role sits at the<\/span> <\/span><\/span>intersection of linguistics, context engineering, and enterprise AI systems<\/span><\/b>. You will blend<\/span> <\/span><\/span>prompt engineering, context orchestration, and memory architecture<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>to ensure large language models (LLMs) and multi\-agent systems are<\/span> <\/span><\/span>accurate, reliable, and compliant<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>in production.<\/span>

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/h3>Prompt Engineering<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Design, test, and refine prompt strategies to drive optimal agent behavior across diverse use cases.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Context Orchestration<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Build pipelines integrating<\/span> <\/span><\/span>RAG, knowledge graphs, APIs, and layered memory (short\-term, long\-term, episodic)<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Optimization<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Optimize<\/span> <\/span><\/span>token usage and context allocation<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>for long\-running, multi\-turn, and multi\-agent workflows.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Reusable Blueprints<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>\u2013 Develop reusable<\/span> <\/span><\/span>interaction templates and context blueprints<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>for engineering and product teams.<\/span>
