AI/ML CONSULTANT/DEVELOPER

We are looking for a talented and experienced AI/ML professional to contribute to our innovative projects. The consultant will work closely with our team to develop and implement advanced AI solutions. With a focus on image-based deep learning, the consultant will utilize their expertise to enhance our existing systems and explore new possibilities. The role requires a strong foundation in AI frameworks, data processing pipelines, and software development, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.

• Develop and implement deep learning solutions for image data processing, utilizing convolutional networks and real-time object detection models like YOLO and SAM.
• Design and construct data processing pipelines, ensuring efficient and optimized data flow for AI models.
• Build complex software packages in Python, applying software engineering best practices for robust and scalable solutions.
• Integrate REST backends into enterprise-level solutions, enabling seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
• Utilize AI software frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and model formats like ONNX, to develop and deploy advanced AI models.
• Streamline AI development and deployment processes using ClearML or similar platforms, enhancing efficiency and collaboration.
• Evaluate new technologies and model approaches through hands-on prototyping, staying at the forefront of AI innovation.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including users, business analysts, subject-matter experts, IT security experts, and inspectors.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and address technical challenges, providing innovative solutions and ensuring project success.

• Expertise in developing deep learning solutions, with a focus on image data processing and real-time object detection, for over 3-5 years.
• In-depth knowledge of AI software frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and model formats (ONNX) for efficient model development and deployment.
• Experience in designing and implementing data processing pipelines, ensuring optimized data flow and efficient AI model training.
• Proficiency in developing complex software packages using Python, applying software engineering principles for robust and scalable solutions.
• Hands-on experience in building REST backends for enterprise solutions, enabling seamless data integration and system connectivity.
• Familiarity with ClearML or similar platforms for streamlining AI development and deployment processes, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.
• University degree in Software Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in AI and software development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, ensuring clear and concise communication with international stakeholders and team members.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and software technologies.
