· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work directly\nwith our founding team and be a core member.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Apply the\nlatest AI techniques to solve real problems faced by Financial Services\nclients.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Design,\nbuild, and refine datasets to evaluate and continuously improve our solutions.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Participate\nin strategy and product ideation sessions, influencing our product and solution\nroadmap.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Agentic AI Development<\/span><\/b>: Work on building scalable multi\-modal Large\nLanguage Model (LLM) based AI agents, leveraging frameworks such as LangGraph,\nMicrosoft Autogen, or Crewai.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>AI Research and Innovation<\/span><\/b>: Research and build innovative solutions to\nrelevant AI problems, including Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic\nsearch, knowledge representation, tool usage, fine\-tuning, and reasoning in\nLLMs.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Technical Expertise<\/span><\/b>: Proficiency in a technology stack that includes\nPython, LlamaIndex / LangChain, PyTorch, HuggingFace, FastAPI, Postgres,\nSQLAlchemy, Alembic, OpenAI, Docker, Azure, Typescript, and React.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>LLM and NLP Experience<\/span><\/b>: Hands\-on experience working with LLMs, RAG\narchitectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or applying Machine Learning\nto solve real\-world problems.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Dataset Development<\/span><\/b>: Strong track record of building datasets for\ntraining and/or evaluating machine learning models.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Customer Focus<\/span><\/b>: Enjoy diving deep into the domain, understanding\nthe problem, and focusing on delivering value to the customer.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Adaptability<\/span><\/b>: Thrive in a fast\-paced environment and are\nexcited about joining an early\-stage venture.<\/span>

Required Qualifications:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Bachelor's\ndegree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • 2<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\-<\/span>4 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related roles<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Have\nstrong programming experience and familiarity with Python based deep learning\nframeworks like Pytorch, JAX, Tensorflow<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Have\nstrong familiarity and knowledge of machine learning concepts<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Proficiency\nin cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure\-as\-code tools like\nTerraform<\/span>
    <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Desired\nSkills:<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • You have experience with technology stack: Python,\nLlamaIndex / LangChain, PyTorch, HuggingFace, FastAPI, Postgres, SQLAlchemy,\nAlembic, OpenAI, Docker, Azure, Typescript, React.<\/span><\/span>

    • Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration\ntools like Apache Airflow or Prefect<\/span><\/span>

    • Familiarity with software testing and\ntest automation practices<\/span><\/span>

    • Understanding\nof ethical considerations in machine learning deployments<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong\nproblem\-solving skills and ability to work in a fast\-paced environment<\/span>
