We are looking for an AI/ML Solution Architect with\nexpertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to help design, build, and deploy\ncutting\-edge AI solutions. Whether working in the rapid\-paced innovation cycle\nof a startup or scaling production\-grade GenAI systems for enterprise clients,\nyou will serve as a key enabler of value\-driven, secure, and scalable AI\ndeployments.
<\/p>
Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer\n requirements and provide expert guidance on ML/Generative AI solutions across\n a wide range of use cases: content generation, document automation,\n chatbots, virtual assistants, summarization, search, personalization, and\n more.
<\/li> - Evaluate and integrate open\-source LLMs (e.g.,\n LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon), commercial APIs (e.g., GPT\-4, Claude, Gemini),\n and cloud\-native GenAI platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI).
<\/li> - Design and deliver compelling Solution and SoW and\n demonstrations of our Generative AI offerings to both technical and\n non\-technical audiences.
<\/li> - Design Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt\n engineering strategies, vector database integrations, and model\n fine\-tuning where required.
<\/li> - Translate business objectives into technical\n roadmaps, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and data\n scientists.
<\/li> - Create prototypes and proof\-of\-concepts (PoCs) to\n validate solution feasibility and performance.
<\/li> - Provide technical mentorship, best practices, and\n governance guidance across teams and clients.
<\/li><\/ul>Skills & Experience\nRequired:<\/b>
<\/p>- Educational Background: Master\u2019s/Bachelor\u2019s degree\n in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. (e.g., BCA, MCA,\n B.Tech/B.E, M.Tech/ME)
<\/li> - 3\-5 years of experience in AI/ML development/solutioning,\n with at least 1\-2 years in Generative AI/NLP applications.
<\/li> - Strong command of transformers, LLMs, embeddings,\n and NLP methods.
<\/li> - Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging\n Face Transformers, and cloud AI tools (SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI,\n Vertex AI).
<\/li> - Experience with vector databases like FAISS,\n Pinecone, or Weaviate.
<\/li> - Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model\n deployment, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
<\/li> - Skilled in Python, with working knowledge of APIs,\n Docker, CI/CD, and RESTful services.
<\/li> - Experience in building solutions in both agile\n startup environments and structured enterprise settings.
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred/Bonus Skills:<\/b>
<\/p>- Certifications (e.g., AWS Machine Learning\n Specialty, Azure AI Engineer).
<\/li> - Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image,\n audio/video) and Agentic AI.
<\/li> - Experience with data privacy, responsible AI, and model\n interpretability frameworks.
<\/li> - Familiarity with enterprise security, scalability,\n and governance standards.
