AI Operations and Research Intern
As an AI Operations and Research Intern, you will support research and analysis across real estate data, investment opportunities, and emerging tech applications. You will assist in building small tools or prototypes using Python or no code AI tools to improve workflows. You will collect, clean, and organize local and online data to support decision making. You will coordinate with local stakeholders and help drive operational execution on the ground. You will contribute to testing ideas and moving projects from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Support research and analysis across real estate data, investment opportunities, and emerging tech applications.
- Assist in building small tools or prototypes using Python or no code AI tools to improve workflows.
- Collect, clean, and organize local and online data to support decision making.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders and help drive operational execution on the ground.
- Contribute to testing ideas and move projects from concept to execution.
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Systems, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Basic coding skills in Python, data handling or rapid prototyping.
- Based in Florianopolis.
