Requirements

• Hands-on experience shipping work with LLMs
• Prompt engineering and knowledge of system prompts, chains, and agents
• Ability to wire LLMs into automations and connect them to APIs
• Experience with RAG and structured context for reliable retrieval
• Comfort with ambiguity and independent problem solving
• Relentless learning mindset
• Fluent English written and spoken
