Job Description

Responsibilities:

Knowledge Transfer:

• To be competent in the various AI language models (Google and Microsoft preferred) and to train our salesforce to utilise them in their business

• To be competent in the various AI tools and solutions and to train our salesforce to utilise them in their business

Sales Operations Automation:

• Build, optimise and maintain workflows through various AI models to streamline lead management, client communications and appointment setting

• Design AI-driven agents that qualify leads, trigger WhatsApp outreach, and alert telemarketers in real time

AI Content Creation & Funnel Building

• Engineer prompts and deploy AI tools to generate marketing copy, sales scripts, and client engagement materials.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to create AI-powered content funnels that increase inbound lead flow.

Innovation & Growth

• Experiment with new AI tools and automation platforms to continuously improve efficiency.

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows that directly increase conversion rates and salesforce productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum A level or diploma qualifications (relevant AI-related certification preferred)

• Must be proficient in AI-related tools and solutions

• Must be good in communications and able to train others (knowledge transfer)
