AI Strategy Analyst

The Nuclear Company is the fastest growing startup in the nuclear and energy space creating a never before seen fleet-scale approach to building nuclear reactors. Through its design-once, build-many approach and coalition building across communities, regulators, and financial stakeholders, The Nuclear Company is committed to delivering safe and reliable electricity at the lowest cost, while catalyzing the nuclear industry toward rapid development in America and globally.

About the role

The Nuclear Company is building an AI-tech platform that will deploy America’s next generation of nuclear power plants. We have world-class engineers building the AI software: you will use these tools to help our team move fast and execute at the highest level. This is a front-row seat to one of the most ambitious industrial companies being built in America.

We are assembling a small cohort of AI Analysts who will work directly within the Office of the CEO to help build an AI-native company from day one. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, capital markets, deployment, communications, and execution.

Your job is simple:

Use artificial intelligence to make every person — and every team — around you significantly more productive. For example:

One day you may be preparing materials for investors.

The next you may be building AI-powered workflows for our legal team.

Then helping organize permitting documentation, summarizing technical meetings, improving executive communications, creating internal knowledge systems, or redesigning operational processes using emerging AI capabilities.

Your mission is to discover better ways for humans and AI to work together.

You will constantly evaluate emerging capabilities, rapidly learn new technologies, improve workflows, eliminate repetitive work, and help our company move faster.

If something takes ten hours today, your job is to figure out how it takes one tomorrow.
