AI Strategy Manager

AI is reshaping how every industry competes, and our clients are looking for partners who can help them turn that disruption into advantage. We are looking for an AI Strategy Manager to sit at the C-suite table with our most ambitious clients, define where they should play and how to win with AI and data, and lead the teams that turn that strategy into measurable business outcomes.

This is a role for someone who thinks strategically, communicates with authority at the executive level, and is energised by working at the intersection of business ambition and emerging technology — in some of the most complex global organisations in the Nordics.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Partnering with C-suite leaders to shape AI and data ambitions and translate them into clear, value-driven strategies.
  • Leading teams to build business cases, roadmaps and investment plans that turn AI ambitions into board-level decisions.
  • Advising clients on the strategic implications of emerging AI and how to build a lasting competitive advantage.
  • Influencing executive decisions by communicating complex concepts with clarity, confidence and business acumen.
  • Building high-performing teams and growing the next generation of AI & data strategy talent in our Nordic practice.

You combine strategic vision, sharp business judgment and leadership maturity. You are comfortable challenging a CEO one moment and coaching a junior consultant the next. You thrive in complex, global environments and you build teams that outlast any single project.

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven experience defining AI and/or data strategies with measurable client impact.
  • Strong experience leading teams through strategic initiatives and change.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills at C-suite level.
  • Experience working in complex, global organisations and across stakeholder levels.
  • Strong track record building business cases, ROI models and investment narratives.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Danish is a plus.

Even if you do not see yourself in all the bullets above, we still encourage you to apply if you believe your skills can make an impact on our team.
