THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT
You'll join Dott's small AI transformation team on a mission to make AI genuinely useful across the company — not a buzzword, but a daily tool that saves people real time.
Your core focus: help our teams (engineering, product, ops, legal, copy, and more) actually adopt AI in their day-to-day. You'll run hands-on sessions, write clear guides, and lower the barrier to entry so colleagues go from curious to using AI every week.
You'll get hands-on with the modern agent stack — building and improving AI tools to improve the processes.
You'll help grow our internal AI marketplace: onboarding new contributors, collecting feedback from teams, and turning recurring needs into reusable skills.
You'll see your impact directly, measured in colleagues empowered and hours given back to the business.
YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
A genuine, strong interest in AI — you follow how fast it's moving and you've built cool or useful things with it (personal projects, side projects, or coursework all count).
A solid understanding of AI and agents, including concepts like MCP (Model Context Protocol), agent "skills," and working across multiple models / providers.
Technically comfortable — happy to get hands-on with a terminal and a bit of configuration. This isn't a software-engineering role, but you're not afraid to tinker (study or personal projects are perfect evidence).
A natural communicator and teacher — you can explain a technical idea to a non-technical colleague and leave them feeling capable, not overwhelmed.
Currently a student, ideally in your final semester, available for a full-time internship based in Amsterdam.
Fluent in English (our working language).
