AIMS Fulfillment Specialist
Hourly Rate: $20-$25/hour + Monthly incentive bonus after 90 days of employment.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Summary:
The Acme Inventory Management System (AIMS) Fulfillment Specialist supports the execution and delivery of AIMS services through inventory fulfillment, deliver, and onsite support. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product handling, timely replenishment, and a high level of customer service while working closely with AIMS Specialists and the Outside Sales team. The AIMS Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining organized, efficient inventory environments and delivering a consistent customer experience across job sites and field locations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute AIMS fulfillment activities including picking, staging, delivering, and replenishing inventory at customer job sites and field locations
- Set up, maintain, and organize AIMS box locations and inventory areas to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency
- Accurately enter and manage inventory and order activity within systems such as Innovo (Stockroom App), ensuring attention to detail and data integrity
- Coordinate daily service and delivery schedules in partnership with Branch and Warehouse leadership to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Safely operate Company vehicles, including commercial motor vehicles (CMVs), to transport and deliver materials to job sites and customer locations; maintain a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and compliance with Company insurance and DOT requirements (including eligibility for a DOT Medical Card)
- Follow all Company driving policies and procedures, including operation of telematics systems (e.g., Samsara), maintaining a satisfactory Driver Safety Rating, and adhering to safe driving practices in all conditions (weather, urban, and job site environments)
- Adhere to all Company safety policies and job site requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with site-specific safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on deliveries, addressing basic inquiries, and escalating issues or concerns to the AIMS Specialist or Outside Sales Representative as appropriate
- Proactively identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, stock issues, or service concerns to ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
- Support AIMS Specialists and the Outside Sales team by ensuring accurate execution of service, identifying potential needs in the field, and maintaining strong working relationships with customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment across vehicles, job sites, and inventory locations
- Assist with general warehouse operations as needed, including material handling, loading/unloading, and other operational support activities
- Participate in training and development opportunities to build product knowledge, system proficiency, and understanding of AIMS processes and services.
