Air Freight Coordinator

DP World is looking for an Air Freight Coordinator to join our team in Mošnov, supporting the accurate, compliant, and timely handling of all air freight shipments within the warehouse operation. This role ensures that shipments are prepared, documented, and processed in line with internal procedures, security standards, and external regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and compliance while coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.

Your Profile:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and shipment data
• Ability to follow procedures and comply with strict regulations and security requirements
• High sense of responsibility when handling sensitive or regulated shipments
• Structured and disciplined working style in a compliance-driven environment
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external service providers
• Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure issues are resolved before shipment release
• Comfort working with operational systems such as WMS or ERP
  

Requirements:

• Secondary education completed; education in logistics, transport, or a related field is an advantage
• Clean criminal record required (mandatory for air freight security certification)
• Willingness to obtain certifications related to air freight and security processes
• Basic understanding of logistics; knowledge of air freight processes is an advantage
• Basic MS Office skills; experience with WMS or ERP systems is an advantage
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations or a similar operational environment
• Experience with shipping or documentation is an advantage
