Air Freight Customer Service Manager [EL]

  • Lead and oversee the Customer Service team supporting Sales and global MNC clients
  • Ensure team compliance with SOPs and service KPIs
  • Work closely with import and export operations to ensure timely shipment execution
  • Manage and align customer expectations with internal operational capabilities
  • Liaise with overseas offices and agents on shipment coordination and updates
  • Support Sales activities including client engagement, pricing support, and business development
  • Investigate service-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare regular service performance and management reports
