Position: Air Freight Operational Key Account Manager (OKAM)

Location: AIA East Gateway Building

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Serve as the dedicated Operational Key Account Manager for AWS, overseeing operational performance, customer satisfaction, and service delivery.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all operational issues and escalations, ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the dedicated Control Tower and Customer Service team supporting AWS operations.
  • Monitor and drive operational performance to ensure KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and operational excellence.
  • Identify operational risks, develop effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support commercial activities including customer reviews, RFQs, and solution design in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Build strong customer relationships and support future business growth across AWS and other strategic accounts.

Qualification: -

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Key Account Management.
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing operations and handling escalations.
  • Experience leading and developing a small operational team.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
