Air Freight Pricing Specialist (m/f/d) - Vecsés

· Manage end-to-end air freight pricing activities, including spot quotes, tenders, and ad-hoc requests

· Analyze market rates and airline service levels to ensure competitive and profitable pricing

· Maintain and continuously update rate databases and pricing tools

· Coordinate with airlines, agents, and internal stakeholders to secure optimal buying conditions

· Support sales and operations teams with timely and accurate pricing solutions

· Monitor pricing performance, margin development, and hit ratios against defined targets

· Identify opportunities for cost optimization and rate improvements

· Ensure pricing compliance with company guidelines, customer agreements, and market standards

· Participate in internal pricing reviews, procurement initiatives, and process improvements

· Contribute to achieving commercial and operational KPIs through proactive pricing support

· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the air freight industry, ideally in pricing or operations

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a commercial or execution-focused role

· Familiarity with market rates, procurement, and airline service levels

· Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken). Any additional language is highly appreciated and considered a strong asset
