Air & LCL Contract Management Specialist - Asia Pacific
Responsible for ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and supporting basic reporting and documentation requirements within established procedures.
- Prepare tender inputs, rate sheets, and quotation documentation.
- Support execution of RFQ workflows.
- Maintain and update Standard Rate Templates and Rate Filing systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in pricing and filing activities.
- Coordination with internal teams for information gathering.
- Support reporting, tracking, and documentation of tender and Rate filing activities.
Key Skills
- Basic understanding of logistics / freight forwarding concepts (Air & LCL preferred)
- Strong Excel and data entry accuracy skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with deadlines in a structured environment
- Basic understanding of freight forwarding and logistics concepts, especially Air Freight and LCL basics.
- Awareness of end-to-end shipment lifecycle (booking, movement, consolidation, delivery).
- Introductory knowledge of pricing and quotation basics (how rates are structured and used in tenders).
- Understanding of what RFQs are and basic tender process flow (support role, not ownership).
- Basic familiarity with logistics systems and Excel-based tools for data entry and reporting.
- Awareness of importance of data accuracy and compliance in commercial documentation.
