Aircon Sales and Maintenance Executive

· $2500++ (Negotiable with commission)

· 5 days, 9.00am to 6.00pm

· Location: Bedok North


Roles & Responsibilities

- To sell aircon related soft services, hard services, consulting and projects

- To understand the current Aircon Management market, and the future Aircon Management model

- To understand and propose a viable pricing model to ensure profitability and win-win

- To formulate short term, mid term and long term strategy, drive sales activities and acquisition of new business

- To develop sales master plan

- To find potential new customers and convert them into customers

- To conduct cold calls and face to face meeting with customers

- Customer relationship management to ensure customers’ satisfaction

- To develop presentation deck, technical evaluation on request for quotation, participate in technical and bid clarification, and the development of quotation, scope and deliverables proposal to customers

- To create, negotiate and close commercial and technical terms and conditions sales agreement

- To ensure profitable sales closure, drives peak performance and sales success across cross functional team

- To ensure products / services and solutions deliver meets the customers satisfactions

- To fulfil the roles and duties of a sales account executive

- To meet the agreed upon sales target set and agreed together with the management

- To manage clients and build relationships to ensure that they are satisfied and positive from the services and solution provided

- To provide innovative solution to drive customer satisfaction and profitability

- To partner with other team members to deliver value to customer

- To also work on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.


Job Requirements

· Have a good level of MS office Word, and Excel skills.

· Preferably candidates who are able to start work on short notice.

· With/without working experiences are welcome to apply.
