Working location: Tai Seng
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am – 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, electrical, and lighting systems, including 8TS water-cooled chiller and 6TS VRV3 systems
Carry out preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and general building maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
Diagnose technical faults, replace defective components, and recommend suitable corrective solutions
Ensure all maintenance works are completed in compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
Continuously improve maintenance processes and work efficiency
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess GCE 'O' Level with at least 5 years related working experience
Knowledge in ACMV, VRV System and Inverter System is a must
