Airfreight Operations Manager

Key Tasks

• Responsible for overall air operation division and ensure smooth day to day transactions.
• Liaise with various parties such as agent, carrier and internal parties to ensure smooth execution of load plan.
• Work closely with the Group's key account, tender and local sales teams to develop new business opportunities.
• Support the team to streamline the workflow, optimize utilization in handling of operational and capacity issues.
• Liaise and build strong relationships with airlines and co-loaders.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in transport/logistics related disciplines.
• Being reachable outside normal working hours
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and people management skills.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the industry, familiar with international import and export space management, well established and connected in the international air transport market.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
• Good organization and coordination skills.
• Collaboration with Mandarin speaking overseas clients and counterparts is required, proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
