<\/span>\u2022Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with distributor leadership, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022Establish performance metrics and KPIs for all distributors; monitor compliance with agreements and sales targets<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>\u20227+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or similar roles
\u2022Proven track record of successfully recruiting, developing, and managing distributor or reseller channels
\u2022Strong negotiation and contract management skills with ability to structure mutually beneficial partnerships
\u2022Experience with P&L responsibility and revenue forecasting in a channel/partnership context
\u2022Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and persuade at all organizational levels
\u2022Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross\-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams
\u2022Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and attention to detail
\u2022Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and channel management tools
\u2022Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
\u2022Experience managing distributed teams or multiple partners across different geographies
\u2022Familiarity with specific industry/product category markets and distribution channels
\u2022Experience with marketing development funds (MDF) and co\-marketing initiative<\/span><\/span>
