The Role

Activités confiées :

1) Innovation

  • Réaliser une veille structurée (Kubernetes, GitOps, multi‑agent/Agentic) et publier des notes de synthèse.
  • Monter des POC (cloud‑native & agents) pour valider des patterns techniques et business.
  • Participer à des labs/ hackathons et capitaliser dans un wiki interne.

2) Delivery (build & run)

  • Concevoir, conteneuriser et déployer des micro‑services sur Kubernetes (manifests/Helm/Kustomize).
  • Comprendre et être capable d’utiliser CI/CD & GitOps (tests, scans, déploiements progressifs, rollback).
  • Comprendre l’observabilité (logs, métriques, traces – Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry) et aux bonnes pratiques SRE (SLO/SLI, runbooks).
  • Comprendre et appliquer les exigences de conformité (et sécurité) : RBAC, réseau, policy (OPA/Gatekeeper), secrets & clés, durcissement d’images.

3) Avant‑vente

  • Participer à des démonstrations orientées valeur (use cases agents + cloud‑native).
  • Participer aux réponses RFI/RFP techniques (hypothèses d’architecture, coûts, risques, planning).
  • Contribuer à des propositions (diagrams, storyboards, benchmarks, ROI/TCO).

4) Solutions “transverses”

Participation à la rédaction et à la maintenance de la documentation (guides d’archi, runbooks, checklists sécurité/RAI).

Compétences techniques requises

(Hard skills)

Cloud‑Native / Kubernetes

  • Bases de Linux, réseaux, conteneurs (Docker).
  • Notions opérationnelles de Kubernetes
  • Notions CI/CD & GitOps (ex. : GitHub Actions/Jenkins + Argo CD/Flux), tests et scans (SAST/DAST).
  • Notion d’Observabilité
  • Cloud – distribution Kubernetes clouder

Agentic AI / LLMs

  • Compréhension des LLMs.
  • Vector DB
  • Frameworks: CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph; APIs LLM majeures.
  • Sécurité & Gouvernance, éthique AI.
  • Notion de serveurs MCP

Compétences interpersonnelles requises (Soft skills)

Esprit d’initiative, apprentissage rapide, esprit d’équipe et sens du service.

Communication (français & anglais), vulgarisation, restitution claire.

Organisation, autonomie, gestion du temps et travail transverse.
