Chadwick School Alumni Relations and Advancement Internship (Summer 2026)
Position Overview: Working under the direction of the Director of Development - Alumni Relations, the Alumni Relations Intern will support various aspects of alumni engagement for Chadwick School. The intern will assist with communications and alumni relations tasks in preparation for a wide variety of alumni events including reunions, Chadwick Professional networking events, regional gatherings, and other engagement opportunities. The intern will also assist the Director of Development - Alumni Relations - to strengthen the Class Ambassador and reunion captain programs. Additionally, the intern will provide support with archival research and assistance, helping to preserve and organize the school’s historical records.
Hours: Flexible, ideally 20 hours per week to support the Office of Alumni Relations and the Advancement offices.

Responsibilities may include the following:
- Managing the College Letter program for graduating seniors and alumni to be matched according to their college/university.
- Helping to create a social media marketing plan for alumni profiles and other content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook).
- Supporting strategies to recruit and engage Class Ambassadors.
- Compiling and preparing Class Notes for e-communications.
- Supporting the efforts of the Alumni Board task force groups.
- Creating initiatives to strengthen the Chadwick School and Chadwick International alumni partnership.
- Providing archival support, including organizing and maintaining alumni and school history records, digital archiving, and assisting in research projects to preserve historical materials.
- Supporting the Chadwick Annual Fund office with stewardship projects for alumni donors and helping create new ways to engage young alumni donors.
- Perform Additional duties as assigned.
