Italic 正在深圳招聘一名亚马逊账户经理,负责管理 Italic 的亚马逊店铺日常运营、销售表现和账户健康。这个岗位适合有亚马逊运营经验、数据驱动、执行力强的人,能够把 Listing、广告、库存、绩效和平台合规管理得清楚有序。
工作职责
管理亚马逊 Seller Central 日常运营,包括 Listing 创建与优化、变体管理、A+ 内容、品牌旗舰店维护。
监控账户健康、绩效通知、政策合规和申诉处理,确保账户安全。
制定并执行广告策略(SP、SB、SD),管理预算、竞价、关键词和投放效果。
跟踪销售数据、转化率、ACOS、TACOS、库存周转等关键指标,输出周报和月度复盘。
协调 FBA 库存计划、补货节奏、IPI 分数和超龄库存清理,与物流团队对接入库发货。
管理促销活动(Coupon、Deal、Prime Day、黑五网一等大促报名与执行)。
监控竞品、价格、排名和评论变化,及时调整策略。
处理 Buyer-Seller Messages、A-to-Z 索赔、退货和差评跟进,维护店铺声誉。
整理并维护运营 SOP、广告操作手册和问题处理流程,降低交接成本。
及时反馈 Listing 被 suppressed、广告异常、库存断货风险和账户警告等运营风险。
任职要求
常驻深圳,能够与内部团队(产品、物流、品牌)紧密协作。
2 年以上亚马逊 Seller Central 运营经验,熟悉后台操作全流程。
有实际的 Amazon PPC 广告投放和优化经验,能独立管理广告预算。
熟练使用 Excel / Google Sheets 进行数据分析和报表输出。
书面沟通清晰,能够用英文处理亚马逊客服和卖家支持 Case。
有较强的数据和结果导向意识,能从数据中发现问题并提出解决方案。
有条理,稳定可靠,希望寻找长期稳定的工作。
能够在 Listing 优化、广告管理、库存协调和绩效监控之间灵活切换。

Italic is looking for an Amazon Account Manager in Shenzhen to manage day-to-day operations, sales performance, and account health for Italic's Amazon store. This role is for someone with Amazon operations experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to keep listings, advertising, inventory, and platform compliance well-organized.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations, including listing creation and optimization, variation management, A+ content, and Brand Store maintenance.
Monitor account health, performance notifications, policy compliance, and appeal handling to keep the account secure.
Plan and execute advertising strategies (SP, SB, SD), managing budgets, bids, keywords, and campaign performance.
Track sales data, conversion rates, ACOS, TACOS, inventory turnover, and other key metrics; produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate FBA inventory planning, replenishment timing, IPI scores, and aging inventory clearance; align with the logistics team on inbound shipments.
Manage promotions (coupons, deals, Prime Day, Black Friday / Cyber Monday registration and execution).
Monitor competitors, pricing, rankings, and review changes; adjust strategies promptly.
Handle Buyer-Seller Messages, A-to-Z claims, returns, and negative review follow-ups to protect store reputation.
Organize and maintain operational SOPs, advertising playbooks, and issue-resolution workflows to reduce handoff friction.
Flag operational risks early, including suppressed listings, advertising anomalies, stockout warnings, and account health alerts.
Requirements
Based in Shenzhen and able to work closely with internal teams (product, logistics, brand).
2+ years of Amazon Seller Central operations experience with familiarity across the full backend workflow.
Hands-on Amazon PPC advertising experience with the ability to independently manage campaign budgets.
Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Clear written communication; able to handle Amazon customer service and Seller Support cases in English.
Strong data-driven and results-oriented mindset; able to identify problems in the data and propose solutions.
Organized, reliable, and looking for a stable long-term role.
Comfortable switching between listing optimization, advertising management, inventory coordination, and performance monitoring.
Helpful but Not Required
Experience with Brand Registry, Transparency, Project Zero, or IP protection.
Experience with third-party tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or Sellerboard.
Familiarity with FBA fee structures, inbound placement, shipment ID tracking, and reimbursement claims.
Strong Mandarin and English communication skills.
Experience running Amazon operations for home goods, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
Understanding of Shopify-Amazon multi-channel collaboration.
