Americas Talent Sourcing Specialist

Position Overview:

As an Americas Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in strategically identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across the Americas region to support the evolving needs of our business. Partnering closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Employer Branding teams, you will drive talent intelligence initiatives, strengthen talent pipelines, and contribute to innovative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, source, and engage top talent across the Americas region.
  • Conduct talent market research and competitive intelligence to provide insights on talent availability, market trends, competitor activity, and sourcing opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, sourcing best practices, candidate behavior, and talent availability across the Americas region.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement innovative sourcing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics, pipeline health, market intelligence, and sourcing effectiveness to support data-driven talent acquisition decisions.
  • Integrate DEIA principles into sourcing strategies and candidate engagement activities to help build inclusive and diverse talent pipelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, preferably within technical or specialized talent acquisition environments.
  • Strong knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, market research, and recruitment marketing practices.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing databases, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate talent market data into actionable insights.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and presenting sourcing and talent intelligence metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Understanding of DEIA principles and experience incorporating inclusive sourcing practices into talent attraction strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, matrixed, and geographically dispersed environment while partnering effectively across teams and functions.
