We’re looking to hire a talented Electrical Assembler based in Denton, Texas.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical components that support manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet quality standards, production schedules, and engineering specifications while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Primary Duties

  • Perform complex electrical and mechanical assembly using drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Build assemblies using techniques such as drilling, crimping, screwing, deburring, tapping, brazing, and soldering
  • Conduct testing of assembled units to verify functionality, quality, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical assemblies, including wiring issues
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to test new components and support product development
  • Assist in creating and updating work instructions for assembly and testing processes
  • Review and utilize Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part data within the MRP system
  • Maintain accurate product documentation in accordance with ESAB standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe and compliant work environment
  • Support quality processes and continuous improvement efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in complex electro-mechanical assembly preferred
  • Technical Skills:

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Proficiency in soldering, brazing, drilling, and crimping Familiarity with assembly tools and measuring equipment Experience with MRP systems and understanding of BOM structures Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with electronic document management systems preferred

  • Language: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Working Conditions

  • Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, tools, and electrical components
  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working in plant areas
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift, move, or position materials up to 50 lbs. and push/pull heavier items using assistive equipment
  • May occasionally be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels typical of a production environment
