  • Assist the APD Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving departmental targets.
  • Lead and coordinate product development initiatives for agency and partnership channels, including market research, product design, and launch.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Training, Compliance, Underwriting) to ensure successful product rollout and adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor products to identify opportunities for new product development.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents and partners, with emphasis on product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in product development and distribution.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review, including product performance and feedback.
  • Lead or participate in special projects to enhance APD effectiveness and product innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in agency/partnership distribution, product development, or insurance sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in product development, market analysis, and project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management systems.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
