Analista Jr. de Customer Service
About the role:
Responsible for to support order management activities for Modern Trade and E commerce channels, with a strong focus on customer service excellence, service level performance, and data analysis.
This role will play a key part in operational follow up, carrier interface, and the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Power BI to support decision making.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Manage order management process for Modern Trade and E commerce customers, ensuring accurate order processing from order entry through delivery.
• Ensure a high level of service level, proactively monitoring orders, delivery status, exceptions, and corrective actions.
• Act as a daily interface with transportation carriers, following up on deliveries, incidents, performance, and action plans.
• Develop, update, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, supporting operational and management analysis.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor Customer Service and Logistics KPIs.
• Support the identification of process improvement opportunities based on data analysis and performance indicators.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Logistics, Planning, Sales, and E commerce teams

Critical Experiences for Success
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, Logistics or equivalent (Required).
• SAP ECC and SAP APO (Wanted).
• Project Management Experience (Wanted).
• Intermediate English (Wanted)
• Spanish (Wanted)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (Wanted);
• Good knowledge of Excel (Required).
• Power BI or similar knowledge is desired (Required).
