This is a specialized legal-technical role focused on supporting tax compliance and legal interpretation within a large, multi-business industrial organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operations align with current tax legislation, providing clear legal guidance and contributing to informed decision-making across different business units. The role involves continuous monitoring of regulatory changes, preparation of legal opinions, and support for both internal teams and external legal partners. You will also play an important part in maintaining legal processes, tracking judicial developments, and ensuring timely communication of relevant updates. Working in a dynamic and structured environment, you will help bridge legal expertise with business operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical legal work with direct impact on operational efficiency and corporate governance.
Accountabilities:
- Contribute to the preparation of internal legal opinions by conducting legal research, analyzing legislation and case law, and providing clear interpretations and guidance.
- Ensure business operations comply with applicable tax legislation through continuous monitoring, analysis, and communication of legal updates to relevant teams.
- Track changes in tax regulations and prepare internal communications to ensure all business units remain informed and compliant.
- Act as a point of contact for external law firms and legal consultants, supporting coordination and information exchange.
- Manage and maintain legal and tax-related processes, with familiarity in systems such as ESPAIDER considered a plus.
- Monitor judicial proceedings, document developments, and ensure stakeholders are updated on case progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (completed).
- Solid experience in Tax Law and related legal advisory activities.
- Strong knowledge of current consumption tax regulations and practical application.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for legal documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret complex legislation and communicate it clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
- Experience working with internal legal consultations and external legal partners.
