Analista responsável pelo processo corporativo de gestão de capacity de inbound e outbound de produtos e insumos na cadeia, dimensionamento e performance de HUBs e GDMs.

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional com perfil analítico, dinâmico e excelente habilidade de comunicação para integrar nosso time corporativo de Supply Chain.

Nessa função, você será peça-chave no planejamento de capacidade e eficiência operacional dos nossos HUBs e GDMs.

Principais Responsabilidades e Desafios

• Dimensionamento Operacional: Realizar o sizing das operações intralogísticas, garantindo a eficiência de HUBs e GDMs.
• Planejamento de Capacidade: Projetar cenários de demanda versus capacidade de entrada (Inbound) e saída (Outbound) das plantas designadas.
• Melhoria Contínua: Desenvolver, implementar e liderar projetos de melhoria contínua nas operações sob sua responsabilidade.
• Gestão de Indicadores: Monitorar e reportar a produtividade das operações, a performance de distribuição de produtos acabados e o recebimento de insumos.
• Gestão de Estoque: Acompanhar a saudabilidade e o giro dos estoques de insumos e produtos acabados.
• Otimização de Processos: Identificar gargalos e propor soluções para otimizar os fluxos de recebimento e distribuição.

• Formação: Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
• Experiência: Sólida bagagem na área de Supply Chain (Planejamento, Logística ou Intralogística).
• Ferramentas: Domínio avançado de ferramentas de análise e apresentação (Google Sheets/Excel e Google Slides/PowerPoint).
• Perfil: Pensamento analítico estruturado combinado com excelente comunicação interpessoal (capacidade de transitar entre a operação e apresentações executivas).
• Modelo de Trabalho: Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida (3 dias presenciais em São Paulo/SP).
