ANALISTA UX

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista UX based in Brazil.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving user-centered research that shapes product decisions across complex and data-driven environments. You will explore user behaviors, needs, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative methods, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for design, product, and engineering teams. The position involves working closely with multidisciplinary squads, including data and AI specialists, to improve user experience and product effectiveness. You will contribute to defining evaluation frameworks, usability standards, and research methodologies that guide product evolution. This is a highly analytical and strategic UX role, with strong exposure to AI-assisted products and internal enterprise systems. The environment is collaborative, innovation-driven, and focused on evidence-based decision-making. You will play a key role in ensuring that user insights directly influence product strategy and delivery.

Accountabilities:

  • Plan and conduct in-depth user interviews, contextual research, and job shadowing across multiple business areas
  • Map and synthesize end-to-end user journeys, personas, and critical pain points, prioritizing opportunities based on impact analysis
  • Design, execute, and analyze surveys, combining quantitative and qualitative insights to validate hypotheses
  • Define evaluation rubrics and testing frameworks for AI-driven assistants, including accuracy, usefulness, and compliance criteria
  • Collaborate with Data and AI teams on data labeling, taxonomy development, and ground truth definition
  • Conduct usability testing on prototypes and validate product improvements through pilot studies and A/B comparisons
  • Transform research findings into clear, actionable insights, reports, and product recommendations
  • Maintain and organize a structured research repository using tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, and Figma
  • Requirements:

    • Completed degree in Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
    • Proven experience as a UX Researcher or Consumer Insights professional in B2B, enterprise, or complex regulated environments
    • Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
    • Ability to design end-to-end research studies, from planning to analysis and communication of insights
    • Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data/AI teams
    • Familiarity with LGPD and ethical research practices
    • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and spreadsheets/BI tools
    • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to translate insights into product decisions
    • Nice to have: experience with generative AI evaluation, SQL or Python, product analytics, and survey tools such as Qualtrics or Typeform
