Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in participating in the design and delivery of airline-related Information Systems. You would be required to support with the design and development of existing and new solutions for the airline.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Elicit business requirements

  • Identify and recommend new systems and enhancements, participate in Business Process Improvement & Re-engineering initiatives

  • Research on available information systems solutions in the market and industry's best practices

  • Propose and define the functional requirements

  • Work closely with Technical Analyst and Developers to develop a technical solution

  • Collaborate with Scoot Developers or third-party partners deliver solutions

  • Prepare project documentation and manage the delivery of solution

  • Facilitate user acceptance tests, user training, pre- and post-implementation activities

  • Provide regular progress and status updates to project stakeholders

  • Measure and report Return of Investment (ROI)

  • Provide support for information systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Possess systems analysis and solution design skills

  • Familiar with JIRA or equivalent project management tools

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or tasks

  • Independent, resourceful, analytical, and able to solve problems effectively

  • A good team player who takes initiative

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong in written documentation


Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of applications development lifecycle

  • Knowledge of Agile software development

  • Knowledge of the latest trends in IT

  • Knowledge of Cloud Architecture
