Job Description:

• Analyzing market data, building financial models and preparing client presentations for mergers and acquisitions or debt capital markets transactions.
• Conduct market research and summarize findings and conclusions to support pitch or execution document.
• Assisting in client transactions from pitch to close.
• Assist in credit ratings advisory work.
• Assist in sustainable financing advisory work.
