Analyst
The Analyst plays a key role in driving customer-centric insights through advanced data analytics and visualisation. The role focuses on analysing customer behaviour, cross-selling performance, acquisition and attrition trends, translating complex datasets into clear, intuitive dashboards and insights that support business growth, customer strategy, and management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation, product-holding and portfolio trends to generate actionable insights that support customer strategy, acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain high-impact data visualisations, dashboards, and self-service analytics for senior management and business users.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling visual narratives that highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of business and management reports.
• Partner closely with Business and Product teams to deliver customer and product performance analytics, including product-bundling patterns, attrition drivers, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to drive projects involving building and analysing datasets which are robust and efficient for use.
• Contribute to automation and standardisation of customer analytics and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across customer analytics and reporting outputs.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other quantitative-related disciplines.• Strong understanding of customer analytics and insights, marketing analytics and performance measurement.
• Hands-on experience in database management and data analysis, with exposure to analytical and programming tools such as SAS, Python, SQL, or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in data visualisation and BI tools—such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics, or similar platforms—with a strong emphasis on designing, developing, and optimising interactive dashboards to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
