Analyst Procurement I

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the central supplier database and maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date data in the ERP system
  • Analyzing data for completeness, consistency, and quality
  • Maintaining and updating documentation (contracts, quality certificates, tooling documentation)
  • Supporting communication between the purchasing department and suppliers, as well as monitoring the status of ongoing actions
  • Acting as the central point of contact for procurement systems and processes
  • Preparing reports using Oracle and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Providing support in ongoing projects within the EMEA strategic procurement department

Relevant Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, IT or related field
  • Min. 1 years professional level purchasing, finance, IT or related business experience
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent English & Polish - written and spoken required
  • Experience in preparing reports and summaries
  • Strong communication and self-organization skills, ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of Oracle system is an asset.
