Analyst Procurement I

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the central supplier database and maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date data in the ERP system
- Analyzing data for completeness, consistency, and quality
- Maintaining and updating documentation (contracts, quality certificates, tooling documentation)
- Supporting communication between the purchasing department and suppliers, as well as monitoring the status of ongoing actions
- Acting as the central point of contact for procurement systems and processes
- Preparing reports using Oracle and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Providing support in ongoing projects within the EMEA strategic procurement department
Relevant Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, IT or related field
- Min. 1 years professional level purchasing, finance, IT or related business experience
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent English & Polish - written and spoken required
- Experience in preparing reports and summaries
- Strong communication and self-organization skills, ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Oracle system is an asset.
