Analytic Facilitator - Tactical Systems Emulator
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytic Facilitator to join our team at at Cannon AFB, supporting the 363rd ISR Wing (363 ISRW). The Analytic Facilitator will manage and coordinate operation of the unit’s Tactical System Emulator (TSE). This position requires system administrator expertise in addition to expertise in intelligence analysis, instructional delivery, and the ability to support mission-critical training programs for Air Force personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operation of the TSE at an acceptable level of risk and establish and document standard security procedures in accordance with industry and DoD requirements.
- Ensure that all software and hardware changes associated with TSE are recorded as required by configuration management procedures.
- Ensure implementation of security features for the detection of malicious code, viruses, and adversaries.
- Produce risk assessment reports and remediation recommendations.
- Support the supplier risk management lifecycle throughout all phases, and insider threat/risk programs.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
- Travel may be required (Up to 10%)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience Level: Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with a AS/ AA or 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
DOD 8140 Compliance based on DCWF code 451 Intermediate level
- Technical Expertise:
- Expertise in cryptologic support, cybersecurity operations, and system administration.
- Advanced knowledge in cyber defense tools, network security, and incident response methodologies.
- Familiarity with cyber threat analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorate or similar military organization.
- Knowledge of cryptologic systems, tools, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent.
